TIPS

To better protect the plush rug, we use vacuum packaging. It's normal to see the fibers not being fluffy enough and the presence of some creases. Please lay it flat for 2-3 days and wait patiently for it to recover.

Cleaning is easy: use a hand-held vacuum to remove dust and dirt, or wipe with a damp cloth for a deeper clean. Allow the rug to fully air dry before next use.

Any initial product smell is a normal phenomenon caused by warehouse storage, and will dissipate over time.
